JUST Vulnerable Customer Awards 2022
Adam Johnson wins another award with Just Group Vulnerable Customer Awards for his ongoing commitment to vulnerable customer care within financial advising. Adam placed first in the category 'Vulnerable Customer Champion', recognising individuals who have gone the extra mile to mobilise the customer vulnerability agenda in their firm.
In recent years, armed with the knowledge that everyone is at risk of being vulnerable, the financial advice community has sought to ensure vulnerable customers are recognised and supported with outcomes as good as those of other customers. Adam's professional and academic work has been important in advocating for the needs of vulnerable clients. He says: "Financial services professionals have a duty to provide the best outcomes for their clients. When a client is considered vulnerable, they can face hinderances to accessing advice which provides the optimal outcome and it is our job as financial advisers to change this to ensure fairness in the industry."

Adam Johnson and New Forest Wealth Management have been awarded the St. James's Place Solent Location Adaptability Award 2022 - a great start to the New Year!
Director, Adam Johnson says "I was proud to accept the award for adaptability on behalf of my team at NFWM. 2021 was a year like no other, trying to find effective ways to support our clients financial planning needs and ensure the wellbeing of our super staff. St. James's Place Chartered Financial Planner of the Year 2019
Adam Johnson, Founder and Managing Director of New Forest Wealth Management in Romsey, has been named the 2019 Chartered Financial Planner of the Year by St. James's Place at their Chartered Symposium in London on 30th January.
Adam was one of 5 finalists to be shortlisted for the award. Commenting on the accolade, Adam says: "I am absolutely delighted to win this award. To be recognised as the Chartered Financial Planner of the Year for the quality of my advice and breadth of knowledge represents years of experience in practice and thousands of hours of study.'
